Shipping Policy

We at  Pravek understand that you would like to receive your products in a timely manner and in top condition. Hence we use the best available shipping partner to deliver your order as soon as possible.

• If your order is below ₹350, we charge a nominal fee of ₹100. All orders above ₹350, are valid for free shipping.
• We charge an additional fee of ₹49 on all CoD orders.
• We offer a special ‘Rush Delivery’, i.e., delivery within 3 working days at an additional cost of ₹59.
• The cart value for both the above points will be calculated after the application of any discount or coupons.
• We will ship out your order within 1 working day, between Monday - Saturday (this excludes Sunday, public holidays and company holidays).
• Standard orders will be delivered within 5-8 working days.
• During festivals and lockdowns, there can be processing and shipping delays.
• Pravek Kalp Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for damage after delivery.
• All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Customer Care via mail to customercare@pravek.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

International Orders

As of now we are not accepting international orders through our website. For queries from territories outside India, kindly mail us your requirements at customercare@pravek.com.
